So where does your message start?  Social media, job adverts, word of mouth, employer reviews, customer reviews?  This is all the stuff that people will look at (or listen to) and start forming an opinion of your business.  What’s your sustainability like, are you working on community involvement and connections?

It’s great to say that you do not tolerate harassment and bullying and mention this in induction and have a policy for it.  But what about your ongoing message, how are you getting that out there and how are you managing things to show that you are doing all that you can to create a welcoming workplace where people can be themselves?
