Donkeys are really lovely but they can be a bit disorganised when it comes to interviewing people. They don’t always understand the job they are talking about and some may even struggle to put people at ease. Then they may be inconsistent across candidates and ask all types of stuff so that they can just make assumptions. On the other hand they can be too structured and not let people express themselves very well. Some have already got an idea of what they want and are just looking for a way to find an applicant unsuitable as well.
You know what, people can see through it.
